Refund and Withdrawal Policy
Free trial period: We offer a 7-day free trial to evaluate the premium service with no commitment.
Right of withdrawal (14 days): As a consumer, you have a period of 14 days from the date of subscription to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without indicating the reasons, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
Refunds: After the withdrawal period, no partial or full refunds for the current month are issued. You can cancel your subscription at any time and it will remain active until the end of the billing period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact support@growfile.app clearly stating your intention to withdraw.

Regarding content generated with artificial intelligence:
- You own the content you generate with our AI
- Growfile grants a perpetual, worldwide, and non-exclusive license over the content you generate
- You are responsible for verifying and editing content before use
- Growfile is not responsible for generated content or its use
License of Use
By using Growfile, you grant us a limited license to use, modify, and store your content to provide our services. This license does not imply transfer of ownership of your data.

Contract Termination

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by current Spanish legislation, and in particular by:
- • Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users
- • Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions
- • Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSI-CE)
- • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPD-GDD)
Jurisdiction
For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to or use of Growfile, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Murcia, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
Note: If you are a consumer, you may also go to the courts of your domicile to enforce your rights under current legislation.
